NFA Firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) that has a current Special Occupancy Tax (SOT) receipt.This is any gun store, pawn shop, sporting goods store, etc.that sells firearms and has paid the SOT. We will Eform3 to your dealer.
To speed this up, please ensure your FFL can provide us their license copy as well as their EIN and SOT so we can inform the office and process the transfer request to the ATF.
